Job Description

About the role

As an Amazon account expert, you will build a strong knowledge of Amazon’s marketplace and Seller Central account policies to ensure the health and compliance of our accounts and listings on Amazon. You will maintain this knowledge by connecting with Amazon’s teams and with Seller communities and forums to make sure that you are up to date with the latest practices. On the day- to-day business, you will work closely with our Brand management team and with our Operations team in the Philippines to quickly identify issues, project manage their resolution and improve processes to avoid future problems. As an Amazon account expert, you will also manage the onboarding process when we acquire a business. This includes Seller account migration, banking and legal entity setup, Brand registry and trademarks transfers and ensuring a smooth transition with the prior Seller’s tools and processes to our systems.

What you will do:

  • Build a network of Sellers and Amazon account managers to stay up to date with the latest practices on Amazon’s marketplace
  • Project manage the resolution of all listings and account issues on Amazon and build a repository of best practices to solve similar issues in the future
  • Review all new SOPs and practices from our Account management teams to ensure their compliance with Amazon’s policies
  • Optimize the account migration process for all new acquired brand
  • Work with our Technology teams to automate the migration process for newly acquired businessesProvide reporting to relevant stakeholders regarding account and listings issues, their status and their resolution

Preferred Experience

Who you are:

  • 4-5 years of experience as an Amazon Seller consultant, or at an Amazon Seller company
  • Solid understanding of Amazon’s Marketplace and Amazon’s TOS
  • Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and make recommendations
  • Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment / high ambition environment
  • High level of organization, impeccable attention to detail, capacity to proactively solve complex problems
  • Positive attitude, reliable, transparent and enjoy working in an international environment
