Job Description

About the role

As a Creative & Branding Director, you will be responsible for building all the visuals and content for our different brands. You will be responsible for building the rebranding of all the brands that we acquire to create actual brands directly to the consumer (D2C). You need to create the vision of our Brands across the different channels. You will work closely with the Brand Directors to understand the products to create strong emotional connections with the customers. You will give clear guidelines to the creative team.

What you will do:

  • Be responsible for the rebranding of our Brands
  • Lead the creation of the overall Visual identity of our Brands
  • Work closely with Brand Directors to understand the brands and target market
  • Build the content strategy across the assets: D2C website, Marketing channels (Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok...)
  • Manage team of graphic and content creators to improve Brands Engagements

Preferred Experience

Who you are:

  • Min 8 years of experience in artistic direction, Visual identity, in an Branding / Digital Advertising agency environment
  • Graphic Design & UI/ UX experience is a must
  • High level of organization, impeccable attention to detail, capacity to proactively solve complex problems
  • Deep knowledge of the American Market is a must as key part of our customers database
  • Knowledge on Creative for E-commerce / Digital brands (vs more traditional Brands) is needed
  • Ability to create different strategy based on personas and digital channels
  • Skill in project management will be important as you will have several brands to manage in parallel
  • Ambitious, determined and self-motivated
