Job Description

As a Brand General Manager, you will be responsible for end to end P&L ownership, developing a comprehensive strategy to build a leading $100M+ e-commerce brand. Your performance-oriented leadership style will empower the growth of our health and nutrition brands.

  • Driven by the need to be the best in your market and knowing that your success is dependent on your team’s achievements, you’ll select, develop and engage a world class team.
  • Deliver meaningful roadmap progress through launches, acquisitions and other forms of growth, leveraging Branded’s platform
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to define the product development and range extension priorities for your category
  • Define the identity of your brands (positioning, brand territory, tone of voice, USP)
  • Develop a go-to-market strategy that enables successful product launches and space expansion
  • Define the key marketing & traffic priorities (Social, Paid Ads, DtoC website)
  • Analyze key performance indicators on your portfolio and propose strategies to troubleshoot problems
  • Develop data-driven methodologies to identify opportunities and optimize activities across our brand management levers
  • Work with our Technology teams to define our IT systems roadmap and identify brand management tools to scale internally

Preferred Experience

  • 15-20 years experience - demonstrated GM/P&L leadership in an e-commerce environment.
  • Experience in the health and nutrition space
  • Proven ability to leverage social media to drive growth is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and ability to engage the different functions (Marketing, Content, Product, Supply chain) towards your vision and your goals
  • Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment / high ambition environment
  • High level of organization, impeccable attention to detail, capacity to proactively solve complex problems
  • Demonstrated ability to structure a strategy, come up with creative ideas, and think outside the box
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
