Job Description

About the role

Philippines is a strategic location for Branded. We are building a back-office to manage some of our processes, however we are also going to leverage the location to scale our marketing & commercial teams for some of Brands.

As a General Manager in the Philippines you will oversee Branded activities across a diverse portfolio. Both responsible for driving topline & development for some our Brand as well as ownership of some of back-office processes.

This is the best opportunity to get out of consulting, and to use your skills and experience to perform in a fast-paced environment with very exciting & operational things to do.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of Brands
  • Manage selected high value processes for our Brand within Marketing & Commercial
  • Oversee daily business operations.
  • Recruit and manage staff locally
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards
  • Collaborate well with global stakeholders

Preferred Experience

Who you are:

  • At least 7 years of consulting experience at top tier firms and/or previous corporate experience
  • High level of organization, impeccable attention to detail, capacity to figure out complex problems without a lot of oversight
  • Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment / high ambition environment
  • Ecommerce/Retail/ CPG experience is a plus
  • Action orientated, fast and results driven
  • Demonstrated ability to lead
  • Enjoy working with different types of people across the world
