Job Description

About the role
As a HR Assistant, you role would be to help on all the HR administrative tasks on the EMEA Perimeter and to help the HR Associate on a daily basis. This is an exciting opportunity to grow on a fast scaling start-up!

*What you will do *

  • Helping on new hires pre onboarding and arrivals (contracts, health insurance, medical check-ups...)
  • Drafting of amendments
  • Putting up to date our HRIS and other HR tool
  • Helping on cross-functional projects: updating reports, improvement of HR tools...
  • Participation in the preparation and control of payroll

Preferred Experience

Who you are

  • Good interpersonal skills, and an ability to establish relationships with all levels of organization
  • At least 3 years as an HR Assistant
  • Experience in a start up is a plus
  • Stronge sense of confidentiality
  • Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment / high ambition environment
  • Enjoy working with different types of people across the world
