Job Description

About the role

Branded is seeking a talented results oriented HR Business Partner based in the Philippines with a passion for delighting the client and the candidate, who will structure and put up to speed our recruiting processes and help us build a strong organization in the Philippines.

As a HR BP in the HR department and partner with the business teams to execute against our hiring goals. You will have an impact on creating the entire recruiting strategy and with your energetic and innovative attitude you will boost our employer branding efforts.

What will you do

Business Partnering & Recruitment

  • Act as the HR referent in your perimeter for the Philippines
  • Understand our business objectives to provide the most accurate support to the teams
  • Be the entry point for all employee in your population for general HR requests and/or be a coordinator with the experts
  • Support managers as a business partner in their team management
  • Support the hiring needs of your perimeter (being responsible for the entire recruiting process)
  • Ensure our compliance with applicable local labour law and regulations (statutory documents, employee files, etc)
  • Support the HR Admin side for the Philippines (contract, payroll, local legislation…)

Projects

  • Contribute to HR projects in partnership with the VP People
  • Implement and facilitate the adoption of HR tools and processes (Performance Reviews, Compensation campaigns, Relocation, Learning actions...)

  • Promote our culture internally and externally

Preferred Experience

Who you are

  • You are an HR Generalist with experience in Recruitment and HR Administration
  • You have at least 7 to 8 years of experience as an HR working in a medium to high volume, high hiring bar environment goals for a fast paced, growing business.
  • You have strong analytical skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
  • You can manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
  • You have strong communication and organizational skills.
