HR Business Partner (Start up)

Job Description

We’re growing and expanding rapidly. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global high-growth start-up!

As HRBP, your will partner with managers to ensure team continuous engagement and performance.
You will also act as a true team player and work in close coordination with other members of the People team.

Business Partnering

  • Act as the HR referent in your perimeter
  • Understand our business objectives to provide the most accurate support to the teams
  • Be the entry point for all employee in your population for general HR requests and/or be a coordinator with the experts
  • Lead HR strategic guidelines to support business strategy and changing needs
  • Provide support and coaching to all employees in their professional development
  • Manage employee relations and provide guidance towards conflict resolution; conduct investigations
  • Support managers as a business partner in their team management
  • Support the hiring needs of your perimeter
  • Ensure our compliance with applicable local labour law and regulations (statutory documents, employee files, etc)


  • Contribute to HR projects in partnership with the VP People
  • Implement and facilitate the adoption of HR tools and processes (Performance Reviews, Compensation campaigns, Relocation, Learning actions...)


  • Promote our culture internally and externally

Preferred Experience

Who you are

  • You have minimum 7 years as HR Generalist in a mix of start-up / scale up and corporate companies, within an international environment
  • You have a proven track record of successful HR business partnering for fast-growing projects.
  • You have an excellent knowledge of the digital environment and a strong understanding of its competitive landscape for talents.
  • You are a great communicator and possess strong writing skills.
  • You are full of energy and ability to innovate and propose the right solutions.
  • You are a fluent English speaker.
  • You are not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and actively participate in executing the HR strategy.
