Job Description

About the Role:
Branded is seeking a results oriented HR Business Partner to help us build our incredible organization. In this critical role, you’ll support all areas of the business, building trust and providing guidance and thought leadership to our employees. You’ll help us make efficient, objective, well thought out, data driven decisions

What You Will Do:

  • Maintain a focus on scale and growth as you help us build a world class HR organization
  • Serve as an objective, trusted partner as you provide strategic support and coaching to all levels of the organization
  • Proactively assess team, manager, organizational development needs, partnering with employees to make recommendations and implement appropriate solutions
  • Drive organizational design, talent management and performance acceleration strategies to support our team’s growth and individual development plans
  • Bring a solutions oriented mindset to the table as you solve problems while getting to the root of the issue
  • Keep a strong pulse on employee engagement through regular touchpoints and programs
  • Partner with Global HR colleagues in the Recruiting, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to provide collaborative, scalable strategic solutions
  • Use data to identify problems, and even better, prevent them

Preferred Experience

  • 8+ years experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role
  • 3+ years experience supporting technical teams
  • Proven experience utilizing solid judgement while assessing risk relative to the business
  • Able to communicate effectively across global cultures
  • Experience building a Diverse, Equitable and Inclusive organization
  • Demonstrates project management and change management experience
  • Excited to work in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teams
  • Harnesses data to identify insights that drive action
  • Experience helping global and/or matrixed organizations scale
  • Proven ability to coach individuals and teams to take their performance to the next level
