Job Description

About the role
As an HR Operations Manager, you will be a key member of our People team and in charge of leading the HR Operations based in France.

What you will do

  • Lead administrative and payroll department (European) such as labour law
  • Own HR Library process
  • Lead HR Systems (HRIS, other platforms)
  • Implement new company policies
  • Create detailed report on HR costs
  • Address employee's queries (e.g. on compensation and labor regulations)
  • Help on global projects within the People team

Preferred Experience

*Who you are *

  • At least 7 years of proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager
  • Good knowledge of Labour law
  • Strong analytical skills and decision making abilities
  • Team management skills
  • BSc or Msc in Human Resources Management/Labour law or relevant field
  • Start up experience is a plus
