About the role
As Brand Integration Manager, you will ensure the successful integration of new Brands from the former Brand owners to the Branded platform, which is the backbone of the Branded business model and success.
You will coordinate our Brands Integration process, from the business due diligence to the migration process, in close collaboration with talented Branded teams: Brand management, Marketing, Supply Chain, Acquisition, Legal and Finance. You will have full responsibility for planning, leading and executing this process.
You will be the main touchpoint to our sellers and collaborate regularly with them to better understand how they manage their business, their strategies, pain points and priorities. Thus, develop a sound understanding of the brands we acquire (of both the risks and opportunities)
The role is operational (to coordinate the process with numerous stakeholders) and analytical (develop your business sense on successful Amazon sellers, identify red flags and growth levers, collaborate with internal Branded team to perform due diligence analysis…).

What you will do
. Simultaneously lead several Brands integration projects (from due diligence to migration) in various industries
. Set objectives, timeline and design work plan involving Branded teams (Brand management, Marketing, Supply Chain, Acquisition, Legal and Finance), external parties and Brand sellers
. Ensure sellers navigate easily and in a painless way through the stages of the process
. Develop a sound understanding of the business end-to-end processes
. Summarize findings and identify priorities to accelerate Brands growth
. Conduct weekly reports and maintain feedback loop to further improve the process
