M&A Associate

Job Description

You will support our M&A activities across the US, analyzing our pipeline of deals and driving an efficient M&A process. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at a formative stage and help shape Branded’s acquisition strategy and overall approach to M&A.

  • Lead outbound sales efforts and engage with buyers
  • Support corporate development opportunities
  • Valuation and execution of transactions
  • Conduct due diligence processes
  • Negotiate deals
  • Conduct company and industry research
  • Provide ideas and leverage to M&A leaders on new business opportunities
  • Develop and deliver expert industry knowledge

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years experience
  • Advanced understanding and knowledge e-commerce, performance drivers, trends and challenges
  • Prior work experience with accounting, financial or market data, databases, or analysis tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong financial modeling skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Superior attention to detail
