Job Description

As Micro-Influencer Coordinator you are a critical part of our Commercial and Marketing team, implementing and driving our social media strategy implementation in synergy with our Marketing and Brand Directors.

  • Develop and execution of micro-influencer activations and partnerships across different social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other influential spaces
  • Create and maintain a micro-influencer database
  • Generate UGC thanks to influencers partnerships, contests, etc
  • Work with the creative team on briefs and creation of social media guidelines and assets for the influencers posts according to each brand individual guidelines
  • Analyze, report and track impact on micro-influencer marketing performance,
  • Manage recommendations based on reports and analytics of different social tools and platforms
  • Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
  • Keep track of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers

Preferred Experience

  • You have 4-5 years of experience leading social media and influencer campaigns and partnerships, driven by a passion for social media and digital trends
  • You are curious and creative with a strong sense of aesthetics and social media knowledge
  • You have proven results and are capable of driving different projects simultaneously
