Job Description

What you will do:
We are building up our Global Soucing Team in Shenzhen. As a Quality Manager, You will:
• Execute and monitor the consumer product quality inspections that take place at supplier facilities.
• Ensure products continuously comply with global product safety and regulatory requirements.
• New supplier audits, during production inspection, pre-shipment inspection and on-demand special inspections.
• Manage the quality inspection service both internally and with 3rd party providers to ensure a smooth and timely provision, sufficient resource allocation, well-maintained systems and control of inspection costs.
• Day to day inspection record and report analysis.
• In collaboration with PD, Sourcing, Purchasing and other related teams, gather and share product information such that inspectors have all requirements, in advance.
• Manager consumer reviews and cooperate with cross function teams to solve quality complaints.
• Constantly strive to find innovative solutions to prevent quality peoblems.
• Promote scalable business solutions in product develoment and quality control process.
• Supervising, training and assisting 3rd party inspectors on-site at supplier facilities.
• Ensure there have been 0 delays in new product launches due to quality or engineering related issues.

Preferred Experience

*Who you are *:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Project Management skill and experience (the ability to initiate, plan and drive projects to completion) is a plus.
• 10+ relevant working experience in buying office / trading /manufacturing industries
• Excellent communication skills and thorough understanding of cross cultural communications.
• High analytical and problem solving skills.
• Handle day-to day work challenges confidently; willing and able to adjust to mutiple demands, shifting priorities and rapid change; Showing resilience in the face of constraints, frustrations.
• Ability to work independently, establishing priorities, setting goals and decision making.
