Supply Chain (Associate/Manager)

Job Description

About the role
As Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal inventory levels across our worldwide Supply Chain. As our Brands portfolio is growing fast and we have high ambitions to expand business across channels (e.g. Amazon, D2C websites, Walmart, etc.) and geographical locations (USA, Canada, Europe, etc.), you will have the opportunity to solve highly complex problems to delight our customers all around the world. You will work in close collaboration avec our Brand Management teams (based in Paris), our 3PL partners (China/US/Europe), our Sourcing team (China), our Suppliers (China), our Operations team (Philippines) and our Acquisition team (Europe). As we are growing fast, you will quickly have opportunities to expand your scope.

What you will do:
• Build Sales Demand Forecasts in collaboration with Brand Management teams
• Build and execute Supply Planning to ensure optimum inventory levels across all sales channels and geographic locations (e.g. define inventory replenishment recommendations, schedule Purchase Orders with our suppliers, organise shipments to all required locations, etc.)
• Monitor and report on Daily/Weekly/Monthly inventory performance, anticipate and mitigate any risks linked to Out of Stock or Overstock situations
• Build strategic partnerships with 3PL partners (warehousing/freight) and Suppliers
• Optimize our Forecasting and Inventory planning models
• Develop SOPs on all aspects of Supply Chain Management
• Drive automation and outsourcing projects

Preferred Experience

Who you are:
• Master’s degree (Engineering, Business or similar field)
• From 4 to 7 years of experience in Supply Chain (Forecasting, Supply Planning, Inventory management, Logistics, etc.). E-commerce experience is a plus
• Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and make recommendations.
• Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced / high ambition environment
• High level of organization, impeccable attention to detail, capacity to figure out complex problems without a lot of oversight
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Positive attitude, reliable, transparent and enjoy working with different types of people.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, Word...) or Google Suite programs
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English (Chinese is a strong plus)
