Job Description

About the role

Branded is seeking a talented results driven Senior Technical Recruiter with a passion for delighting the client and the candidate. You will be the ambassador to candidates and guide them through the candidate interview journey. As we are scaling quickly you are a crucial member in leading the technical recruiting, helping us build a strong technical organization and tech community.

You are part of the Talent Acquisition team, reporting into the Talent Acquisition Director and partner with the business teams to meeting our European hiring goals. You will directly impact the tech recruiting strateg, community with innovative attitude in boosting our Technical employer branding initiatives.

This role can be freelance or CDI.

What will you do

  • Are responsible for the Tech recruiting process: sourcing passive candidates, screening, interviewing and hiring the ideal profiles.
  • Recruit and managage across multiple roles: SWE, Mobile, Data/ML, DevOps, Product Managment
  • Partner closely with the Hiring Managers in understanding the roles, profiling, sourcing and the recruiting strategy.
  • Deliver EU talent market insights and input of the innovative enhancements of the tech interview processes
  • Source passive candidates to enrich the recruiting pipeline with top tier profiles
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and candidates during the entire candidate lifecycle to provide your the best customer experience.
  • Partner with the Business and the HR team in candidate journey (recruiting, hiring, onboarding)
  • Attentive in fine details in ATS updates, provide metrics and day to day adiministrative tasks
  • Schedule candidates through their journey with interviewers
  • Work on tech recruitment branding projects and iniatives

Preferred Experience

Who you are

• Proven success of at least 4+ years technical recruiting experience working in a fast paced environment for a scale up in a technology or tech start up.
Volume recruiting results in hires per month
• You have a good understanding and a strong experience in working with a passive, competitive technical market.
• Demonstrated strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right steps between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
• Successfully managed multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
• Skilled at new sourcing options and tools, to develop creative approaches to delivering quality candidate profiles.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong consulting skills and demonstrate ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.
• Ability to assess and evalute Tech profiles on hard and soft skills
• English is our business language
