Job Description

The Role:
As the leader of the Global M&A team, you’ll work collaboratively with our international team to identify, evaluate and close exciting investment opportunities for Branded. You’ll ensure Branded becomes the global partner of choice of entrepreneurs to scale-up consumer packaged goods brands online.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build the team that drives deals - from due diligence to close process in partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Lead deal structuring, contract negotiations and stakeholder management
  • Deliver competitive research and analysis on new opportunities
  • Build financial models and returns analyses based off your deep understanding of trends and dynamics
  • Develop and implement critical tools and processes to manage our global pipeline

Preferred Experience

Your Experience:
Bachelor’s degree; 10+ years experience with experience in a Private Equity, Venture Capital, or M&A environment preferred
Experience directly leading a high performing, high impact team
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
International experience preferred
Ability to work effectively with all levels in the organization
Strong analytical, organizational and communication (both oral and written) skills
Desire to challenge the status quo and consistently raise the bar
